Return and Refund Policy
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 “Company” shall mean Trodian Supplies (Pty) Ltd, Registration Number: 2016/527586/07 (hereinafter referred to as “Trodian”, “we”, “our” or “us”).
1.2 “Goods or Products” shall mean the products and/or services as made available to a User for purchase on the Website.
1.3 “Website” shall mean www.trodian.com operated and/or owned by Trodian Supplies (Pty) Ltd.
1.4 This Refund and Return Policy apply to any User who ordered Goods or Products (hereinafter referred to as “User”, “you” or “your”).

1.4 This Refund and Return Policy apply to any User who ordered Goods or Products (hereinafter referred to as “User”, “you” or “your”).
2. CANCELLATION RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER
2.1 You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 (seven) business days subject to clause ….
2.2 The deadline for cancellation is 7 (seven) business days from the date from the date that the Goods or Products were received by you or when a third party you appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered Goods or Products.
2.3 To exercise your right of cancellation you must inform us of your decision by email to admin@trodian.com.
2.4 Trodian shall have 14 (fourteen) business days from when we received the returned Goods to refund the User.
2.5 Trodian shall have the right to charge the User with any direct cost associated with the cancellation of the order.
2.2 The deadline for cancellation is 7 (seven) business days from the date from the date that the Goods or Products were received by you or when a third party you appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered Goods or Products.
2.3 To exercise your right of cancellation you must inform us of your decision by email to admin@trodian.com.

2.5 Trodian shall have the right to charge the User with any direct cost associated with the cancellation of the order.
3. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
3.1 To be eligible for a return please ensure that the Goods or Products were not used or damaged.
3.2 The following Goods and Products cannot be returned:
3.2.1 Goods and Products that are not suitable for return due to their nature;
3.2.2 Goods and Products that cannot be returned due to contamination;
3.2.3 Goods and Products that are inseparably mixed with other products after delivery.
3.3 We reserve the right to refuse the return of any Goods and Products that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
3.4 We cannot be held responsible for Goods and Products damaged or lost in return shipment. We therefore recommend using and insured and trackable service. We will be unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods and Products.
3.2 The following Goods and Products cannot be returned:
