Supplied by PureOne (Trodian Supplies), this high-quality AdBlue® is available in 1000L Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs) – the ideal choice for fleets, industrial sites, or anyone needing a larger, reliable supply.
Each IBC contains VDA-approved AdBlue® that meets ISO 22241 standards, ensuring it’s safe for use in diesel vehicles with SCR systems. The product is batch-tested for purity and performance, helping you stay compliant with Euro 5 and Euro 6 emissions standards.
The container itself is built from durable HDPE and includes a discharge valve for clean, controlled dispensing. It’s easy to handle with forklifts or pallet jacks, making it practical for logistics, mining, agriculture, and industrial applications.

AdBlue® is a pure colourless, synthetic urea solution that reduces harmful nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions from diesel engines. It is used in vehicles with Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) technology.
Modern technology vehicles (Euro 5 & 6) fitted with SCR systems require AdBlue® to reduce harmful NOx emissions and comply with environmental standards.
AdBlue® is injected in measured quantities into the exhaust system. It converts NOx into harmless nitrogen and steam via a chemical reaction in the SCR catalyst.
No, each vehicle has a separate AdBlue® tank. It is not mixed with diesel fuel.
AdBlue® is non-toxic, non-flammable, and safe to handle. However, it can be corrosive to some metals and should be stored carefully.
The engine will not start once turned off, as the vehicle cannot comply with emissions regulations without AdBlue®.
AdBlue® has a typical shelf-life of 12 months if stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
This depends on the vehicle, but generally, a full AdBlue® tank can last 5,000–15,000 km depending on usage and tank size.
Most vehicles will display a dashboard warning when the AdBlue® level is low. Refer to your vehicle’s manual for specifics.
AdBlue® usage typically ranges from 3–5% of diesel consumption. For example, if a vehicle uses 100 litres of diesel, it may use 3–5 litres of AdBlue®.
